Custom orders will be considered but must fall within framework of what is already offered.
Called "Artists Choice", as when you're dining out, it's called "Chef's Choice", the artists requests you trust the outcome.
Charge per hour for "custom development" is $40/hour.
POLICIES
Shipping is free.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Customer pays return shipping cost.
REPAIRS
Repairs to jewelry made by Heart at Work Jewelry are free if the break is an obvious production flaw, or if content used breaks, such as mass produced chain or catch.
If HAWJ breaks after 6 months + of constant wear & is not due to quality of item produced, a $40/hour fee will be incurred.
Most items made by HAWJ can be reproduced, such as if one earring is lost. Price will be quoted by artist prior to reproduction/repair according to item being reproduced/repaired.
