Charge per hour for 'custom development' is $50/hour.
POLICIES
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on the total order, for returns or cancelled orders.
Customer pays return shipping cost.
REPAIRS
Repairs to jewelry made by Heart at Work Jewelry are free if the break is an obvious production flaw. If a chain or catch breaks there will be a charge if the break occurs within 3 months of purchase.
If HAWJ breaks after 6 months of constant wear, a $50/hour fee + shipping will be incurred.
Most items made by HAWJ can be reproduced, such as, if one earring is lost. Price will be quoted by artist prior to reproduction/repair according to item being reproduced/repaired.
